Tenant Find Service

Our Tenant Find Service is designed for landlords who prefer to self-manage but want expert help securing the right tenants.

For a one-off fee of £350 + VAT, Everstone markets your property across major portals, conducts professional viewings, carries out comprehensive referencing and right-to-rent checks, prepares tenancy agreements, and registers deposits with an approved scheme.

You’ll benefit from our expertise and exposure without ongoing management costs.

Fully Managed Service

Our Fully Managed Service is designed for landlords who value a professional, hands-off management solution delivered with precision, accountability, and complete peace of mind.

Our standard management fee is 10% + VAT of the monthly rent, ensuring our interests remain fully aligned with the performance of your property. This flexible, percentage-based model scales with your rental income and reflects the level of service delivered throughout the tenancy.

For professional landlords and property investors with portfolios of 5 or more properties, we also offer bespoke, fixed-fee management structures, tailored to suit portfolio size, operational requirements, and long-term investment strategy.
